He is survived by: his wife Linda Weinheimer Gorniak; his daughters, Tammy Dunlavey (Brent) and Kelli Grantham (Justin); his brother Melvin Groniak; his grandchildren, Keegan and Ellen; and his great grandchildren, Molly and Knox. He is also survived by niece and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Fuller Hose Co or Crescent Hose Co in North East, PA.
