He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Paul and Francis Irene Langabeer Lepke. He is survived by: his wife Georgianna Lepke; his daughter Kim L. Czak (John) of Springwater, NY; his grandchildren, Joseph Czak of Longmont, CO and Cayli Czak of St. Augustine, FL; his brother Roy W Lepke; his goddaughter Tracy Bullock Magie; his daughter Sarah Clark Kitchen; and his siblings-in-law, David Hadley and Melody Hadley Depuy. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.
