It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Johnson Delk of Avon Park, Florida, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Johnson and Hannah Johnson; and her siblings, Ted, Elsa (Wester) and Grace (C. Joseph "Joe" Delk).
She is survived by: her children, Susan Hale (David) of Avon Park, FL, JoAnn Forest (Rick) of Louisville, KY and Tom Delk (Kathy) of Quakertown, PA; and her grandchildren, Christopher Brown, Joshua Delk and Lauren Delk Aungst. She is also survived by her family and friends.
Donations to Samaritan's Touch (Sebring, FL), American Heart Association, American Diabetic Association, or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society are welcomed in lieu of flowers.
