She is survived by: her daughter Bettina Hoover (Steve Hoover); her grandchildren, Heidi Hoover (Mark Phondeth), Tonya Hoover (Somprasong Phondeth), Colby Hoover and Chelsie Hoover; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Willow and Cora Phondeth.
