She is survived by: her children, Alvin E. Dickerson (Anita), Melvin Douglas Dickerson (Julie Pearson) and Marlene McSwain; and her sisters, Archelene Daigle, Martha Vinyard and Rhonda Smiley Mote. She is also survived by many nieces& nephews.
