He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hunter and Rosemary Hunter (Roberts). He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Catherine Heydel (Michael), John Hunter (Sue Waterous) and Rebecca Hunter; his grandchildren, Alicia and Bradley Heydel; and his siblings, Sylvia Matul, Mary Lou Francek and Gary Hunter (Patricia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
