He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Marie Barnes and Eddie James Barnes; and his sisters, Nina Barnes and Rae Ann Daniel. He is survived by: his spouse James "Matt" Nipper of Arcadia; his daughter Maile Amos Hollis; and his siblings, Deborah Lozano, Kelly Bots, Gina Barnes, Melanie Barnes, Raymond "Pete" Barnes, Stephen "Mike" Barnes, Harry "Peppy" Barnes and John "Jeffrey" Barnes.
