He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Blackmon and Frances L. Norman Blackmon. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Albritton Blackmon; his children, Jennifer Nicole Alokeh (Wael) of Lakewood Ranch, Robert Daren Blackmon (Melissa) of Arcadia and Randy Rosine (Candy) of Arcadia, Florida.; his siblings, Alan Blackmon (Chris) of Cookeville, Larry Blackmon, Jerry Blackmon of Arcadia, Elizabeth Hill (Joe) of Bradenton and Willene Tyson of Arcadia, Florida.; and his grandchildren, Natalia Noelle, Yara Grace, Shana Rosine, Chloe Miller and Jaedon Romero.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests. Memorial Contribution be made to the North Hillsborough Baptist Church (Building Fund).
