He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foley and Mildred Foley; and his siblings, Ivan, Bob, Virgil, David Foley and Eleanor Dewick.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette; his children, Sandie Carlton of Arcadia, FL. and Walter R. Foley of Arcadia, FL.; his grandchildren, Kiel A. Carlton, Kendahl A. Campbell and Donnie Foley; and his great grandchildren, Quinton Campbell and Kielie Carlton.
