We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2024, at the age of 97, Richard Oglesby Jr. (Apopka, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Della; his children, Roger, Dottie and Jeannie; and his parents, Richard Oglesby and Annie Oglesby.
He is survived by: his caregiver Billy. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
