He is survived by: his wife Margaret McGinty of Alford, Florida; his children, Danny McGinty (Amy) of Cottondale, Greg McGinty (Kisha) of Cottondale, Florida, Regina Lewis (Scotty) of Marianna and Patty McGinty of Cottondale, Florida; his sister Sandra Hughes of Alford, Florida; his grandchildren, Christina McGinty, CJ Smith Jr. (Jolene), Eric Smith, Tyler Smith Siarra DeBose (LaDarius), Lindsay Erbacher, Scotlynn Lewis, Morgan McGinty, Jersie McGinty, Dawson Barnes, Justin Barnes and Breanna Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Kynsleigh DeBose, Benefield and Zaxton Baker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
