He is survived by: his children, Joel DeCoursey, Jr., Ronnie G. DeCoursey (Valarie), Kelvin R. DeCoursey (Fontella), Shayla M. DeCoursey, Port St and Jessica S. Miller (James). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
