She is survived by: her daughter Deneen McManus; her daughter-in-law Penny Hayward; her siblings-in-law, Tannis Willis, Ellen Chase (Adolphus), Faye Jones (Wilbur Jr) and Sharon Jones (Maurice Sr.); her granddaughters, Zakieah Buchanan (Curtis), Erica McManus, Ebonese McManus and Darnasha Carney; and her great grandchildren, Zhaira Wright, Eryn Banks, Camryn Buchanan, Chayce Buchanan and Giana.
