“My condolences to the family and dear friends of Lynn. Lynn was a great spirit. She and I worked together at DHSS/DCSS here in DE. Though there was a significant age difference we still related on many levels. Especially as being single woman and loving our nieces so much. We'd talk for so long about our experiences as aunts and the pride we had. My heart and prayers go out to her family and other friends.
