It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Kelly of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Hockessin, Delaware, who passed away on April 27, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Kelly (Crossan) and Joseph Kelly; and his sister Joan Griffith (Kelly). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Kelly (Hennessey); his stepchildren, Joseph Colin Jr., Andrea Kelly (Claire), Sean, Susan Kelly (Sean), Kristen, Matthew Joyce, Patrick Kelly, Alex Croswell-Kelly, Kayte Kelly and John Phelan (Eva); and his sister Eileen Ford (Kelly). He is also survived by his five children, their spouses.
