He was predeceased by: his parents, Kurt Winter and Lottie Winter. He is survived by: his wife Marcia R. Winter (Sacks); his children, Christopher Winter, Joanne Williams and Heather Anderson; and his grandchildren, Danielle Winter, Caroline Blyskal, Reagan Winter, Corlan Blyskal and Landon Blyskal. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
