Hazel C. Rudniak Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hazel C. Rudniak of Wilmington, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Carter (Williams) and William H. Carter; her husband Stanley J. Rudniak; her siblings, Marjorie Farrell, Hattie Rudniak and William R. Carter; her nephew Joseph Thielemann; and her close friend Raymond L. Kosek.
She is survived by: her nieces, Polly C. Pusey (David) of Laurel, DE, Phyllis M. Thielemann of New Castle, DE and Diane Doane of Felton, DE; and her close friend Aletta Shrewsbury.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John the Beloved Church (907 Milltown Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A Mass was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations in Hazel's name to Little Sisters of the Poor, 185 Salem Church Road, Newark, DE 19713.
