She is survived by: her children, Edward Kozlowski Jr. (Renee), Sharon Kozlowski and Steven Kozlowski (Tammy); her grandchildren, Joseph Kozlowski (Lindsay), Ryan Kozlowski (Francesca), Christopher Kozlowski (Melissa), Brian Kozlowski (Brandi) and Brittany Mascioli (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Hayden, Grant, Mia, Giuliana, Rosalyn (Doug), Chris II, Brian Jr., Gabriella and Tyler; and her great great grandchild Logan.
