He was predeceased by: his wife Joanna Waters Dworek; and his parents, Leon Dworek and Maria Dworek. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Robert Dworek and Eric Ryan Dworek; and his siblings, Jeannie Carrow (John), Theresa Dworek Riley, Jadviga Dworek, Basha Dworek Chance, Richard Leon Dworek, Wanda Dworek, Steven Dworek (Amy) and Mary Ann Grady (Gene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
