He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin G. Leach, Sr. (Bud) and Mary Ellen Tompkins Leach; and his brother Edwin G. Leach, Jr. (Ed). He is survived by: his sisters, Jamie Leach Jones of Hockessin, DE and Elizabeth Leach DeCampli of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by spouses, and 7 nieces and nephews and their spouses and children.
