He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar A. Cluster and Dorothy M. Cluster (Biggs); and his daughter Terri Cluster. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis I. Cluster of Selbyville; and his sons, William Steven Cluster, Christopher Charles Cluster and Brian Joseph Cluster. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
