He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Evans and Cynthia Barbara Kimber Evans; and his wife Florence Lee Evans. He is survived by: his children, Clarence E. Sears, Shannon Lee Meekins, Shonda Fisher and Angelina Garofolo-Sears. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
