He is survived by: his son Developers; his wife Sally Ann Hubbs of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his sister Joyce Frawley (Bill) of Holiday, FL; his children, Denise Lynn Clark (Monte) of Longs, SC, Cheryl Ann Collins (Anthony) of Mayo, FL, Wilbert William Hubbs, III (Kelly) of Mt. Laurel, NJ and Christine Renee Wallrath of Burlington, NJ; his grandchildren, Devin Lore (Jason), Shannon Rodriguez (Luis), Lauren Clark, Lacey Clark, Justin Ross, Megan Wallrath, Hailey Hubbs, Dylan Hubbs and Billy Wallrath; and his great grandchildren, Desiree, Zachery, Mikayla, Lena and Asher.
