She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip N. Lindholm and Elsie A. Lindholm; and her siblings, Philip Lindholm, Margaret "Tootsie" Crooks and Ruthe "Patsy" Schuler.
She is survived by: her husband Benjamin F. Heilenman, Jr.; and her children, Lynne C. Jones (Paul), Guy B. Heilenman (Laura), Glenn F. Heilenman (Patricia), Melanie L. Fitzgerald (Thomas McManamy) and Bradley F. Heilenman (Lisa). She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers contributions In Phyllis' Memory to the "Family Ministries" of the Linwood United Methodist Church, Linwood would be appreciated by the family.
