He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Sr. Roy and Elma T Roy; and his brother James Roy. He is survived by: his wife Sharon S. Roy; and his children, Andy Roy (Kelli), Deb Bringman (Fred), Stacy Mullin (Pat) and Jadi Desmond (Amy). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
