He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Edward Jarrell; his son Shane Jarrell; his mother Edith; his siblings, Charles Jarrell (Nikki), Michael Jarrell (Jen), Jennifer DiIenno (Bill) and Tracie Smelstoys (Chris); and his friend John DeSimone. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
