It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanne Sebastian of Ocean View, Delaware, born in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 17, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Sebastian and Virginia J. Sebastian (Sweigart). She is survived by: her siblings, Deborah Ann (Thomas Henly) of Denver, Pamela Sue McGinley of Ocean View, DE and William Edwin Sebastian, III (Holly) of Ellendale, DE; and her nieces and nephews, Michelle (Brett Fye), James (Nicole McGinley), Mark (Misty Henly), Tiffany (Matthew Johnson), John Bricker and William Sebastian, IV (Anissa). She is also survived by 8 great-nephews and nieces.
