She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Johnson and Margaret Johnson (Connor); her husband Spencer Hamm; and her sisters, Mary Agnes Nasaka and Kathleen Wolfe.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Hamm, Daniel Hamm and Patrick Hamm; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Hamm and Michael Hamm, Jr.; and her siblings, Marty Johnson, Joe Johnson and Patricia Johnson.
