It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Kehoe of Ocean View, Delaware, born in Malden, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 5, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael S. Conway and Beatrice R. Conway (McGonagle); her siblings, Frank Conway, James Conway and Grace Cannon (Conway); her former husband James F. Quigley, Jr. of Ocean View; and her husband Michael J. Kehoe of Ocean View.
She is survived by: her children, James M. Quigley of Atlanta, GA, Daniel F. Quigley (Lisa) of Pasadena, MD, Patrick J. Quigley (Trish) of Frankford, DE, Frank W. Quigley of Harbeson, DE, Laura and Rodney Hufford of Millville, DE; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Quigley, Danielle Quigley, Dayna Quigley, Courtney Burg, Jeremy Burg and Kenneth Watson (Nikki); her great grandchildren, Sadie Quigley, Morgan Watson, Logan Watson, Regan Watson and Caragan Watson; and her pets, Allie and Chesney.
A public viewing (with appropriate Covid precautions – mask required) will be held on Monday August 10th, 2020 from 11am – 1pm at Mariner's Bethel United Methodist Church located at 81 Central Avenue, Ocean View, DE 19970. The funeral service (with appropriate Covid precautions) will be held on Monday August 10th, 2020 at 1pm at Mariner's Bethel United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mariners Bethel United Methodist Church's community outreach programs: Rock of Ages Ministry, Hope Center Youth Program, or Feed My Sheep, all of which were near and dear to our mother.
