She is survived by: her husband Jim Mullen of Newark, DE; her sons, James Mullen of Newark, DE, Keith Mullen (Teresa) of Mountain City, TN, Shawn Mullen of Middletown, DE and Brian Mullen (Kristie) of Bear, DE; her grandchildren, Noah, Makenzie and Hunter; her sisters, Kathy Backof of Newark, DE and Theresa Jackson of Dover, DE; and her siblings-in-law, Katie Sabrowskie and John Backof. She is also survived by many other sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Frances' honor may be made payable to "Gift of Life Donor Program" and send in care of the funeral home.
