He was predeceased by: his wife Sophie; and his siblings, Howard and Shirley. He is survived by: his close friend Elizabeth Smith; his sister Lillian; his children, Robert Mills, Jr., Francis Mills (Georgeanna) and Tammy (Barry); his grandchildren, Barry Coleman (Tiffany), Tiffany Sullivan (Joe), Christopher Coleman (Michele), Jeffery Mills and Jennifer Mills; and his great grandchildren, Bradyn, Joey, Frankie, Henry, Tessa and Blayke.
