It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia D. Wilson (New Castle, Delaware), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helena Brooks Bailey and John T Bailey; and her sister Doris Jarvis-Evans. She is survived by: her godson Larry Mitchell Jr.; and her friend Lorraine Sykes.
