He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Desanno and Earl Holt; his son Patrick Holt (Cassie) of Smyrna, DE; his brother Shane Holt of Newark, DE; and his pet Toby.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking all family and friends to join them for a memorial benefit to help offset funeral expenses on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 1 pm until 4 pm at Earl's frequented watering hole, Game Changers Sports Bar & Grill, 1430 Pulaski Highway, Newark, DE.
