Foraker of New Castle, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Earl Foraker, Sr.; and his brother Earl "Butch" Foraker, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Hartis (Mills); his wife Nancy J. Foraker (Sobolak); his children, Michael Carter (Terra) and Margaret Carter; his brothers, Rick Foraker and Brian Foraker (Margaret); and his grandchildren, Haileigh, Ava, Aiden, Lyam and Ella.
