He was predeceased by: his wife Kirstie M. Matt; and his son William Noah Matt. He is survived by: his parents, William Matt of Wilmington, DE and Anna Matt of Wilmington, DE; his granddaughter Brooklyn; his significant other Jennifer Oppel; his brothers, Daniel Matt (Angela) of The Woodlands, TX, Stephanie Matt and Brian Matt (Julia) of Townsend, DE; and his children, Michael, Christopher, Nicholas and Amelia.
