He was predeceased by: his parent James E.. He is survived by: his parent Pauline Plum; his wife Sally K. Plum of Milton, DE; his sons, Greg Plum (Karen) and Matt Plum (Kim); and his grandchildren, Cole Plum, Mae Plum, Emerson Plum and Grayson Plum.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Plum's name to the Beebe Medical Foundation at 902 Savannah Road, Lewes, DE 19958.
