He is survived by: his wife Beth; his daughters, Heather A. Skelley (Max) of Lewes Delaware and Holly L. Bickel (Terry) of Altoona Pennsylvania; his stepsons, Eric Smith (Mimi) of Washington and Clayton Smith of Seattle; his grandsons, Tjart Steelman, Dylan Skelley, Ben Skelley, Carson Bickel, Oliver Smith and Pax Smith; and his siblings, Jack Hilbeck of Lewes and Ruthann Brooks of Murrells Inlet.
In honor of his memory, memorial donations may be made to Home of the Brave in Milford, Delaware or Delaware Hospice.
