She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew West Florence and Mary Elizabeth Florence Taylor; and her daughter Jacqueline Ann Fullmer. She is survived by: her husband Mervyn; her son Chuck Fullmer (MaryEllen) of Needmore, PA; her grandchildren, Sean M. Fullmer (Allyson) of Willow Grove, PA, Megan E. Moore (Chris Moore) of Springfield, PA and Christopher C. Fullmer (Mary Fullmer) of Magnolia, DE.; and her great grandchildren, Lily Anna Moore, Colin Christopher Moore, Brynn Emma Moore, Owen Charles Moore and Benjamin Teatom Fullmer.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. George's Chapel (20274 Beaver Dam Rd, Harbeson, DE 19951).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a memorial contribution in Winifred's name to Tunnel to Towers.
