He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pulley and Ida Pulley; his wife June Pulley; and his daughter Lisa Pulley. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Dove of Millsboro; his children, Carla Burt of Edgewater, Robert Pulley of Baltimore and Carmen Gatton of Arnold; and his grandchildren, Christina, Kimberly, Kristen, Michael, Nick, Natalie and Noah. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
