She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Hazel Dow and Stuart H. Dow. She is survived by: her husband Kevin A. Ramsey; her brother John H. Dow; her children, Alexis Dow Whitcomb (Lance), Dr. Blythe Burton-Teed (Jim) and John "Tyler" Teed (Michelle); her grandchildren, Skylar Dow Mathews (Hop), Georgia King, Lucy King, Landon Whitcomb, Hudson Whitcomb, Annabel Burton-Pickles, James "Oliver" Teed, Lillian Turner, Harlo Turner, Aspen Malasky and Brecka Malasky; her mother-in-law Ruth Ramsey; her siblings, Regina Marlow, Rebecca Jackman and Stuart Dow; her pet Buoy; and also Claire Turner (Taylor).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Lower Cape Fear Life Care Hospice House or to Delaware Hospice in her honor.
