He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Timmons Sr. and Mary Parker Timmons; and his siblings, Vernon Timmons, Jr. and Wendy Sue Timmons. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Timmons of Laurel; his son Timothy Timmons, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA; and his siblings, David Timmons of Laurel, Vicky Johnson of Laurel, Lisa Mae Timmons of Laurel, Terri Lynn Knox of Delmar and Donna Riggins of Laurel.
