He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Edward Baker and Virginia M. Campbell Baker; and his brother Gerry Baker. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jill Walter of Laurel; and his siblings, Vaughn Baker of Seaford and Pamela Haas of Delmar. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
