He is survived by: his wife Pearl E. Horsey; his children, Roy Horsey, Jr. (Deborah), Manford Henriques (Jackie) and Gwendolyn Gillespie; his adoptive daughter Mavis Stewart (James); his siblings, William Horsey, Jr., Donald Horsey (Carolyn), Nathaniel Horsey, Samuel Horsey (Melvina), Theodore Horsey (Norma Lee), Milton Horsey (Geraldine), Delores Horsey, Catherine Horsey, Elaine Parker and Marion Smith; and his grandchildren, Lavon Horsey, Devon Horsey (Jessie), Rashemia Evans (Alphonso), Shafonda Nicholas (Terryan, Sr.), Roy Horsey III and Jamie Dixon. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
