He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Wright O'Neal; and his grandparents, Raymond, Marguerite O'Neal Joseph and Winifred Wright. He is survived by: his father Raymond O'Neal, Jr. (Connie) of Laurel; his daughter Carolyn O'Neal; his siblings, Julie O'Neal Maisch, Wade O'Neal (Stacy), Brian Allen (Donna) and Jodi Everett (Chad); his grandchildren, Riley Lawton and Trevor Joseph; his close friend Jamie Givens; his children, Matt and Kelsey; and his friends, Joe and Amelia Fragomelle. He is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and nieces and nephews.
