He is survived by: his wife Ruth Vickers; his daughter Yvonne Mercer (Dave); his stepdaughters, Kelli Lewis (Steve), Karen Joines (Michael Edgerton) and Kim George; his grandchildren, Rick Martin, Cody Martin, Steven Lewis, Joshua Lewis, Jordan Lewis, Kiana Lewis, Travis Cerillo and Grayson George; and his former wife Eunice Vickers.
