It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Smith Spinella of Laurel, Delaware, born in Miami Beach, Florida, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Jessica Spinella Smith; and his sister Katherine Hudson. He is survived by: his father Charles Smith, Sr. of Laurel; his children, Christopher Michael Smith Spinella and Fawn Fletcher (Steven Cole); and his siblings, Teresa Hoffman (Steve), David Christopher Smith (Diane), Lynne Powell (Ted), Stewart Smith (Stephanie), John Smith (Angela), Charles Smith, Jr. (Jessica) and Joseph Smith (Candy). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.

Contributions may be made in Michael Smith Spinella's memory to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 528 E. Stein Hwy, Seaford, DE 19973.
