He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Novier Sherbert and Frederick Conner; his wife Margaret "Peggy" J. Conner; his sister Joann Frantz; and his son-in-law John Stackowitz.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Stackowitz of Glen Burnie, Carol A. Murphy (Paul) of Glen Burnie, Mike Conner (Connie) of Glen Burnie and Suzanne Throckmorton (Brian) of Laurel, DE; and his siblings, Richard Conner of Ellicott City and Helen Conner of New Hampshire. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; multiple great grandchildren.
