Hall of Laurel, Delaware, born in Seaford, Delaware, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Franklin F. "Punk" Hall. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Bromley Hall of Laurel; and his brothers, Brent E. Hall and Chad E. Hall (Krista). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his faithful four-legged companion.
