He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings and Jean (Pruitt) Foskey; and his sister Cynthia. He is survived by: his children, William “BJ” Foskey Foxburrow (Valerie), Jonathan Foskey and Margeaux Foskey; his brother Kevin Foskey; and his grandchildren, Desmond, Cormac, Abram and Ferris.
