With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Baughman (Laurel, Delaware), who passed away on April 21, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Baughman and Grace Elizabeth Stone of Laurel. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Sue Palmer (Elden) of Laurel; his siblings, Richard Baughman of Blades, Carol Ada Moyer of Pennsylvania and Dorothy Sammons of Seaford; his grandchildren, Robbie Palmer, Jr. and James "Jimmy" C. Palmer; and his great grandchild Kellyn Palmer. He is also survived by three step-sisters.
